Enrolment options

This course builds on the general overview of British and American Literature that students have gained during their studies in the English for Education bachelor's program. It familiarizes them with significant and successful authors of literary texts written in English, published between 1900 and the present day. The main aim is for students to gain a familiarity with the contemporary anglophone literary scene.

Requirements:

Active participation in seminars (full-time students: 2 absences allowed, combined study students: 1 absence allowed), submission of assignments (these need to be fulfilled according to the instructions given by the seminar convenor, and submitted before the set deadline), in-class presentation, oral exam.
