The aim of this course is to prepare students in selected parts human resource management (HRM) in 3 different modules, mainly specifics of HRM in small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), large corporations and specifics of the international business environment. It introduces activities of HRM from perspective of managers, HR specialist and employees/candidates. It follows current trends in HRM from the perspective of the theory of HRM and its practical use in organisations, it helps students to get know different techniques, approaches, tools and practical application of HRM in modern organisations according to specifics of these 3 modules.
