The aim of the course is to acquire and deepen knowledge in the field of theory and design of selected systems of textile machines and machines for production of nanofibrous materials. In the field of textile machines, the subject is focused on subsystems of drawing, spinning, twisting, winding, weaving, knitting and sewing machines (draw-through mechanisms, ring-runner system, spindle construction, winding mechanisms, spinning unit, spinning rotor, winding unit, yarn winding and unwinding systems) , brakes and yarn supply systems, punching, shedding and picking mechanisms, warp and commodity regulators, lock systems, stop systems and guards). Theoretical description and analysis of basic technological processes and systems (weft picking, yarn ballooning, needle selection systems, impact loading of needles and sinkers, etc.). Application of mechatronic systems in construction of textile machines. In the area of machines for the production of nanofibrous materials, the subject is focused on the construction of spinning devices, spinning electrodes and additional systems needed for the production of nanofibrous materials. The analysis of the electric field in the vicinity of the spinning electrodes is included.
