The main task of this course is to introduce students to basic finishing operations such as pre-treatment, coloration, printing and also final finishing. This course presents ways how with these finishing procedures one can improve the properties of materials and also their utility value and to create the competitive product. Other main focus of this course is also ecological aspects and discussion on actual trends, such as nanocoating, nanoparticles and multifunctional treatment.
