KIN/PRIM - Project management (2023) (ENGLISH)

Project management is an interdisciplinary approach. The subject focuses mainly on its quantitative aspects. The project is taken as a management tool, indicators such as time, cost, resources, quality, risk and finance are analyzed. The aim of the subject is to acquaint students with the basic techniques of analysis, also with the design, implementation and evaluation of projects, furthermore with human resources and teamwork. The course develops the ability to apply the techniques to solve real problems, but also to apply them to a fictitious project, which students will advocate. Software, communication tools used in project management and new trends (agile approaches) are also introduced.
