The aim of this course is to acquaint students with the basics of managerial thinking, strategic planning, decision making and other activities, including their practical response in organizing clothing trade and outsourcing production. Students will learn to analyze existing processes in the globalized market. They will be also acquainted with the possibilities of production and business relations creation, clothing production outsourcing, technical and technological preparation of production, importance of trade marks, branding and brand counterfeiting of clothing.
