The intention of the course INNOVATION MANAGEMENT is to introduce students to the wide issue of innovation in an enterprise. The particular topics of the course are arranged in the form of modular classes with prepared resource materials. Aim of the course is to acquire knowledge and skills to formulate innovation strategies of an organization, creation and management of innovation projects of economic subjects including possibilities and methods of their financing.
