KPE/MSP-E - Managing Small Business (2020) (ENGLISH)

The aim of the subject is to introduce students to the particularities of managing small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Students will learn how to set up and run a business, what legal forms of business they should choose; how to choose a strategy, innovation, organisational structure and divide labour. Further, they will get acquainted with the property and capital structures, managing and financing an SME. It is a practical subject; students will prepare and present a business plan.
