The aim of this course is to teach students analyse human resource management (HRM) aspect in organisations. Students should be able to understand principle of HRM relevant for their working activities in companies and teams. It introduces activities of HRM from perspective of managers, HR specialist and employees/candidates. It follows current trends in HRM from the point of view of planning, recruiting, employee selection, retention, development and training, evaluation and remuneration. The course covers also topics of outplacement and labour legislation.
